- Enlarged Crankpin Sidewall Radius to improve torsional strength
- Developed at HKS Original Oversize Main Stud Bolts
- #2 and #3 Journal made of Chrome Molybdenum for improved durability
- Line boring to ensure journal roundness
- Beryllium-Free Copper valve seat and phosphor bronze guides to improve heat transfer
- Crank damper for VR4.3 to decrease torsional vibration
