【SHORT BLOCK 4G63 2.3L STEP2】
New short block for MITSUBISHI LANCER EVO!!! (Compatible with EVO 9 to 9MR)
This short block is assembled with 2.3L PISTON FULL KIT for 4G63.
- The 2.3L displacement upgrade kit is built into a brand new cylinder block, so it can be used with piece of mind.
- The special pistons for the short engine block is based on a 0.5mm oversize pistons with Ni coating on the top surface and a 2-layer molybdenum coating on the skirt.
- Boring to D0.5mm oversize to increase cylinder accuracy. (treated by using dummy head)
- The engine block is assembled with the top of the deck carefully resurfaced.
- The balancer shaft-less design eliminates the oil supply to the balancer shaft, so the oil supply hole in the main journal is enlarged to improve cooling and oil quantity.
Piston
- For 2.3L short block. Forged piston dia. 85.5
- Ni plating at the top surface. 2-layer Molybdenum coating at the skirt.
Connecting Rod
- H-beam billet connecting rod (2.3L kit, STEP 2)
Crankshaft
- Billet Full counter crankshaft (2.3L kit, STEP 2)
