Short block built with FA20 2.2L LOW COMP KIT essential for high power turbo engine. Closed deck design significantly improved strength from open deck.

Closed decking machining (by new genuine block)
Additional oil jets for cooling down piston
0.5mm oversize boring
Flat grinding deck finish
Strengthened cylinder bolts
0.5mm oversize LOW COMP pistons
Head bolt diameter-enlarged for improved heat transfer
*HKS grommet gasket sold separately is recommended for enlarging the hole in head side

Piston coated by two-layer molybdenum for less friction.
Specially selected rod bearings which is durable to withstand high torque
Additional oil jets for cooling down piston
