High Boost Capacity Head Gasket

 

FA20 engine tuning through turbo and supercharging is becoming more and more popular. In these cases, many people will eventually experience the issue of head gasket failure.
To address this, HKS releases a new grommet type head gasket which takes things a step further than the existing stopper type gaskets.

Gas seal surface pressure is maintained to increase the seal limits.

Combining with strengthened head bolts delivers even higher seal strength.

POINT-3

When combined with currently available stopper type gaskets, a wide range of thicknesses is now available delivering more compression ratio choices.

 

NOTE

With high surface pressure, the block/heads can warp. In order to overcome this, high thickness option is available to compensate for head/block machining.
