Door Stabilizer
It was a concern that insufficient rigidity of an opening section of the large front door, especially for a large-sized minivan when tightening up the damping force only adjusting by the damper.
However, it improves the rigidity of the front door opening section by installing the door stabilizer that is manufactured by AISIN CORPORATION.
You can feel the solid steering feeling and prompt responsiveness with a natural feeling that is not too sharp.
PERFORMANCE DAMPER 🄬
"Performance Damper®" tuned with the cooperation of Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd. is installed on the frame under the radiator on the front and on the bracket inside the bumper on the rear.
Large and small vibrations are generated by the input from the tires on the vehicle body while running the vehicle.
It can be possible to obtain excellent ride comfort by installing this damper that can absorb the various vibrations quickly on the frame.
In addition, suppressing unnecessary movement of the body exerts a tremendous effect on handling and provides a different dimension of driving comfort by providing a smooth and deep steering feel and being able to trace the driving line as desired.
It can be achieved high-quality ride comfort by absorbing vibrations rather than settling with reinforcing parts. The mounting bracket has also been carefully designed for its thickness, shape, and mounting direction.
We use equipment such as gyro sensors and high-precision GPS to measure vehicle motion.
In addition to the sensory evaluation, we are conducting experiments to measure the movement of the vehicle and capture it in numerical, and are refining our vehicle tuning technology by combining various parts.
