- "PERFORMANCE DAMPER ®" and "HIPERMAX S" have been specially designed only for this package product. It cannot make a high-quality ride comfort just by combining those products. It can be achieved a new level of ride comfort that could not be reached with conventional products thanks to the best tuned parts while combining each great 3 parts.
- "HIPERMEX S" surely absorbs the strong shake of the vehicle. "Performance Damper®" instantly reacts to small vibrations and noises, realizing a clear ride. In addition, the door stabilizer improves the body rigidity and produces the solid steering feeling and the responsiveness.
- It provides ride comfort that is out of this world by achieving improvement of the body rigidity and the absorption of the slight vibrations that were impossible to tune only by the damper.
Our obsession point
The spring rate is set softer (rate down) on the front and harder (rate up) on the rear compared to the regular HIPERMAX S.
Made the damping force improve totally. As a result, it enables tuning even in difficult areas where it is challenging to be compatible with ride comfort and prompt responsiveness.
It's an unprecedented ride comfort that can only be achieved with this package product. It is exclusively designed for this package product.
Door Stabilizer
It was a concern that insufficient rigidity of an opening section of the large front door, especially for a large-sized minivan when tightening up the damping force only adjusting by the damper.
However, it improves the rigidity of the front door opening section by installing the door stabilizer that is manufactured by AISIN CORPORATION.
You can feel the solid steering feeling and prompt responsiveness with a natural feeling that is not too sharp.
PERFORMANCE DAMPER 🄬
"Performance Damper®" tuned with the cooperation of Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd. is installed on the frame under the radiator on the front and on the bracket inside the bumper on the rear.
Large and small vibrations are generated by the input from the tires on the vehicle body while running the vehicle.
It can be possible to obtain excellent ride comfort by installing this damper that can absorb the various vibrations quickly on the frame.
In addition, suppressing unnecessary movement of the body exerts a tremendous effect on handling and provides a different dimension of driving comfort by providing a smooth and deep steering feel and being able to trace the driving line as desired.
It can be achieved high-quality ride comfort by absorbing vibrations rather than settling with reinforcing parts. The mounting bracket has also been carefully designed for its thickness, shape, and mounting direction.
■Development Test
We use equipment such as gyro sensors and high-precision GPS to measure vehicle motion.
In addition to the sensory evaluation, we are conducting experiments to measure the movement of the vehicle and capture it in numerical, and are refining our vehicle tuning technology by combining various parts.
