■Features

  • The AT model uses a different rear bracket compared to the MT version. To allow more owners to experience the performance of HIPERMAX S, HKS has also developed a version specifically for AT vehicles.
  • While firmly responding to the powerful acceleration of the RB engine, we also prioritized the practicality of a station wagon. The setup is carefully tuned to ensure everyday comfort, while allowing you to fully enjoy the thrill of driving.
  • By adopting WR needles, the range of damping force adjustment has been expanded compared to previous models, making it easier to find the perfect setting. Please adjust it according to your preference and driving conditions.
  • Helper springs are used both front and rear. By securing as much stroke as possible and properly balancing the stroke distribution, we improved sporty performance, comfort, and road surface responsiveness.
  • Please check that the rear tire and wheel do not interfere with the damper during installation. Also, be aware that even if no interference is observed when stationary, it may occur during HICAS operation.
  • Adjusting the rear damping force requires partial drilling or removal of the interior trim.

■Developer’s Comment

  • In developing this setup, we focused on maximizing the unique characteristics of this vehicle; a station wagon with high-performance power. While the spring rates are set relatively high, they are carefully matched with the damping force to ensure a ride that doesn’t feel harsh in everyday use, yet still delivers excellent response in sporty driving. The result is a well-balanced, all-in-one setup that meets both comfort and performance demands.
  • By controlling the excessive rear-end movement often seen in Nissan vehicles, we've improved stability, allowing you to experience a smoother, more composed ride and enhanced drivability.
  • Considering that many owners still enjoy circuit driving, we conducted testing using 245/40R18 sport radial tires.
  • This vehicle is relatively common with manual transmission conversions. Please carefully check your vehicle before placing an order to ensure you select the correct product.

■HIPERMAX S Key Technologies

Pre-load Valve System
Equipped with a Pre-load Valve System.
This system reduces damping force at high speeds to suppress unnecessary movements,
providing a comfortable ride without harsh jolts.

Wide-range damping adjustment system
By evolving the shape of the jet needle, the range of damping force adjustment has been expanded compared to previous models.
This allows compatibility with a wide variety of driving conditions.

3-year / 60,000 km high-durability specification
Thanks to advanced tribology, we have achieved both high durability and reduced friction.
Ride comfort and handling have been further refined.

*1. Height from road surface to fender arch.
*2. Height at factory is the data tested at HKS with the setting of Full Kit. (HKS' recommended setting.)
*3. Adjustable range (However, the lowest value may not be road legal.
Even within the adjustable range, car body, arm etc. may contact. In such case, it will be hard to drive.
Damper oil leakage or any other problems caused by low ride height setting from the factory setting will void the warranty of the product.)
*4. Drivable range that there is no contact of car body or arms etc. (However, change of tire/wheel size may cause a problem.)
Caution). Actual data depends on each vehicle.
