The Super Turbo Muffler for the GR Yaris Gen2 is now available in a full titanium version
■Features
- A full titanium version of the Super Turbo Muffler designed for low exhaust pressure and quiet performance is now available. Weighing approximately 8.5 kg compared to the stock muffler’s 14.1 kg, it achieves a weight reduction of around 40%.
- The system features dual 60.5mm pipes branching from a 74.7mm main pipe, along with a straight-through silencer design with no constrictions. This enables exceptionally low exhaust pressure while still meeting noise regulations.
- Compatible with a wide range of setups, from stock to boost-up and high-output configurations.
- To reduce side-to-side movement during sporty driving, specially designed rubber mounts and a dedicated bracket are included.

Remarks
Not compatible with RC grade models equipped with 17-inch wheels or vehicles with a standard (non-LSD) rear differential.
■Performance Comparison
- Both power and torque exceeded stock values at peak output.
- Exhaust back pressure was also measured during the power test. The results showed a significant difference as engine RPM increased, confirming a substantial reduction in back pressure.
- With improved exhaust efficiency, this muffler truly shines when paired with further tuning.

- This product was developed based on the data accumulated during the development of the Super Turbo Muffler for the GR Yaris Gen2, leading to an optimized silencer structure and overall design.
- Unpleasant low-frequency sounds are reduced through sound control, minimizing cabin resonance in everyday driving RPM ranges, while delivering a distinctly sporty exhaust note that clearly signals the muffler upgrade.
- The rich low tones convey a sense of power and perfectly complement the GR Yaris’s dynamic driving character.
- The system features a two-piece design, consisting of a center muffler and a main muffler.
Stock Exhaust
- The pipe diameter is 70mm immediately after the flange, reducing to 65mm after the center silencer.
- Inside the silencer, the exhaust is split and directed to the left and right sides.
- The system features a one-piece, seamless construction.

- The main silencer, visible from the bumper, further enhances the sporty character of the GR Yaris, adding a stylish touch to the rear view.
- Retaining the distinctive slit tail design characteristic of the Super Turbo Muffler, the titanium tail features an engraved HKS logo and a matte finish with a gradient effect.
About HKS muffler
*1: About center pipe
Diameter of center pipe is the portion that has the largest diameter. (Excluding silencer and tip.) It is the condition with stock suspension.
*2: Minimum road clearance between HKS muffler (Any parts included in the kit) and road surface. Therefore, it may be different from actual road clearance of the vehicle.
The data is basically the condition with stock suspension. However, please understand that some items have data with low down spring or ride height adjustable suspension kit.
