WR Needle: Wide Range Needle (Damping Force Adjustment Mechanism)
Review the shape of the damping force adjustment needle. The relief passage has been expanded by changing the oil flow rate. The change amount for 30 steps damping force adjustment dial has been widened. Characteristics shifted softer, soft ride setting range widened. The range of tuning has been widened to improve the ride quality in the soft trend when traveling the street.

Adopts a special spring with careful attention to everything from linearity to the number of turns and shapes! We tested approximately six types of springs ranging from 6.8K to 9.9K and adopted the most suitable one at 9.5K. Achieves both pushing-up at low speeds and firm feel at high loads. Achieves flexible movement that does not feel stiff at 9.5 k!

1 OEM bump rubber cut part
It makes it possible to install the bump rubber to the body by utilizing the OEM body mounting attachment parts.
2 Bump rubber holder part
It can be installed with a screw using the hole in the OEM bump rubber as a pilot hole.
3 HKS bump rubber
Rather than shortening the bump rubber to reduce the impact at full compression; by allowing the bump rubber contact, which has a small repulsive force earlier and effect as a sub-spring; changing the bump speed smoothly by increasing the rate according to the stroke amount.
As a result, it makes it possible to reduce the impact at full compression.
