エンジンパーツの一部という発想で開発をおこない、1985年にHKSオリジナルのエンジンオイルを発売。現在まで続く「スーパーオイルシリーズ」はBNR32 GT-Rで参戦していたグループAマシン用オイルのノウハウをフィードバックしたものとなります。
2000年代になってからは主要なスポーツエンジンをターゲットとしたエンジン別オイル、さらに現在では低粘度と高い油膜保持性能を両立させたタイプなど、時代に合わせたエンジンオイルを設定しています。

HKS developed engine oil based on the idea that it is a part of engine parts, and launched first HKS original engine oil in 1985. The "Super Oil Series" that has been continuing to the present day is the result of feedback of the know-how of the racing engine oil for Group A SKYLINE GT-R. Ever since the 2000s, we have been setting up engine-specific oils designed for major sports car engines. Moreover, we now offer engine oils that matches latest cars, with types that combine both low viscosity and high oil film retention performance.
