その形状から「キノコ型」の愛称で呼ばれるパワーフローは、デビュー以降、形状こそ大きくは変わらないもののマイナーチェンジを繰り返し、吸気効率とレスポンスの向上を追求してきました。2代目となる「スーパーパワーフロー」では強度と吸気抵抗低減を両立した「スーパーハニカムフレーム」、強制的にエアを引き込む「スーパーリップファンネル」など現行モデルのベースとなる機能が搭載されました。
最新モデルではアウターフレームの形状もさらに進化し、吸気効率向上に貢献しています。

Nicknamed "Mushroom" after its shape, HKS Power Flow has been undergoing a series of minor changes since its debut in order to pursue superior intake efficiency and throttle response, although the shape has not changed significantly. “Super Honeycomb Frame" and "Super Lip Funnels" that forcibly draw in air are the base features of the current model.
In the latest model, the outer frame shape has also evolved further, contributing to superior air intake efficiency.
