2JZ-GTE用排気量アップキットについて、高回転を競技使用を前提とした「STEP Pro」を新たに開発しております。
BCD構造のピストンや新設計のクランクシャフトなど、最新理論を投入しています。

We are developing a new “STEP Pro” stroker kit for the 2JZ-GTE, engineered specifically for high-RPM, competition-level performance.
Featuring BCD-structure pistons, a newly designed crankshaft, and other components built with the latest engineering theories, this kit delivers unmatched strength, efficiency, and reliability for extreme applications.

• 削り出し ピストンキット　基本径：Φ87/ピストン重量：313g
• Billet Piston Kit Diameter: Φ87 / Piston Weight: 313 g
• BCD(Bridge Concept Design)ピストンを採用し、従来品から約11％軽量化しました。さらに高オクタン価燃料の使用を前提とした圧縮比10.0に設定しました。
• 冠面形状を浅皿形状にして、ピン方向のスキッシュエリアを減らしてスカート方向のスキッシュエリアを増やしました。コンパクトな燃焼室で燃焼を促進させ、吸気側リセスに未燃ガス残留によるノッキングを抑制します。

• Our BCD (Bridge Concept Design) pistons achieve approx. 11% weight reduction compared to previous models. Designed for high-octane fuel, the compression ratio is set at 10.0 for enhanced performance.
• The shallow-dish crown reduces squish area on the pin side while increasing it on the skirt side. This compact, fast-burning chamber promotes efficient combustion and suppresses knock caused by unburned gas retention in the intake recess.

• I断面の採用で座屈強度を50％向上させました。また合い面の面積を14％広げ、高荷重が掛かった際の大端部の変形を少なくします。
• メタルの応力分布を均一にすることで、メタルへの攻撃性を抑制します。

• With an I-beam structure, buckling strength is improved by 50%. The mating surface area has been enlarged by 14%, reducing big-end distortion under high loads.
• By optimizing stress distribution on the bearings, the rods help minimize bearing wear and improve durability.

• 削り出し クランクシャフト / Billet Crankshaft
• バランス率を高めることで高回転時の負担を抑え、耐久性を向上しました。さらに従来品から危険断面積を10％拡大しました。
• ピンジャーナルRを拡大し、フィレット部の応力を分散しました。

• Improved counterweight balance reduces stress during high-RPM operation and enhances overall durability. The critical cross-sectional area has been increased by 10% over previous designs.
• A larger pin-journal radius distributes stress more effectively across the fillet area, contributing to greater strength and reliability.
