- 2JZ-GTEエンジンに向け、競技ユースを前提とした高回転対応+ハイリフトの「V-CAM SYSTEM」を開発中です。RB26 V-CAM SYSTEMと同様の可変バルブタイミング機構に交換し、高回転域での追従性を向上させます。
- 純正のVVT制御を流用するため、加工することなく取り付け可能です。
- 新規カムプロフィールとしたフル切削の軽量・高剛性のカムシャフトを新たに開発中です。さらにシム一体式リフター・インナーシムリフターに対応する開発中のチタンリテーナーと強化バルブスプリングを用いて高回転+ハイリフトに対応します。
- We are developing a new V-CAM SYSTEM for the 2JZ-GTE, engineered for high-RPM competition use with a high-lift cam profile. Similar to the RB26 V-CAM SYSTEM, this upgrade replaces the factory mechanism with a variable valve timing system that dramatically improves valve control and response in the upper RPM range.
The system installs without any machining, as it utilizes the factory VVT control system for seamless integration. - We are also developing a fully machined, lightweight, high-rigidity camshaft with an all-new cam profile. Paired with our upcoming titanium retainers and reinforced valve springs—compatible with shim-integrated lifters and inner-shim lifters—the system delivers true high-RPM and high-lift capability.
