- GRヤリス・GRカローラに搭載の「G16E-GTS」エンジン用に向けて、弊社1.75Lキット専用のカムシャフトとバルブスプリングを開発しております。レブリミットは8000rpmとし、高回転使用に最適となります。
- 新コンセプトのカムプロファイルを採用し、最大リフトの期間を長くする事で開度面積を増加し吸排気効率を向上しています。従来のカムと比べて同開度でも開度面積が大きく、VVTにより低速から高速まで出力向上が可能となります。
- 強化バルブスプリングは、純正リテーナー対応のビーハイブ形状としました。
- Developed exclusively for our 1.75L kit, this new camshaft and valve spring package raises the rev limit to 8,000 rpm, delivering outstanding performance in high-RPM conditions.
- Our all-new cam profile extends the maximum-lift duration, increasing valve open area for improved intake and exhaust efficiency. Even at the same lift, the optimized profile provides a larger effective valve area than conventional cam, allowing significant power gains across the entire RPM range with VVT control.
- The reinforced beehive valve springs are designed to work with the OEM retainers, ensuring strength, stability, and reliability at high engine speeds.
