Pressure Sensor KIT For FA20/FA24

 

 

Super wide-range pressure sensor designed for FA20/FA24 forced induction.

 

 

 

 

■Features

  • The factory pressure sensor in FA20 and FA24 engines is limited when it comes to forced induction.
  • The HKS Pressure Sensor Kit overcomes these limitations, providing accurate data tracking up to 294 kPa (3 kg/cm²). See Graph ② for details.
  • Made in Japan for exceptional durability and high performance.
  • Dedicated bracket and harness are included.
  • Provides port for additional boost gauge connection.
  • Compatible with OEM and HKS Dry Carbon Engine Cover(70026-AT008/AT013) without modification.

 

■Important Notes

  • ECU pressure parameter adjustment is required:
    • Example (Flash Editor):
      • Pressure sensor offset: -150 → -570
      • Voltage slope: 250 → 727.5
  • For FA20 with black intake manifold, modification is needed.
  • For FA20 (red manifold) and FA24, no modification required.

 

 

■Graph ①

  • Stock pressure sensors are designed for NA engines, so they have almost no positive pressure range and saturate early under boost.

 

■Graph ②

  • Our kit provides a wide positive pressure range with accurate readings up to 294 kPa (3 kg/cm²), making it ideal for turbo or supercharger setups and high-boost racing applications.
