• While the FD3S offers the unique feel of a rotary turbo and excellent performance for spirited driving, aging factory ignition systems can lead to misfires at high RPM.
• This kit utilizes high-quality Japanese ignition coils, offering modern standards of durability and performance to support your vehicle.
• By converting from the factory wasted spark system to an independent ignition system, it ensures precise and consistent ignition.
• The kit includes vehicle-specific brackets and harnesses for easy installation.
• The coil mounting position has been relocated further away from heat sources compared to the factory layout, improving durability under extreme conditions.
• The coil mounting bracket has been carefully designed to withstand the unique vibration characteristics of rotary engines. It has been tested by a third-party facility to ensure reliability and features an anodized finish for enhanced appearance.
• Power to the coils is supplied directly from the battery via a relay, ensuring stable and strong ignition performance.
• With optimized dwell time, the system achieves more reliable combustion, resulting in improved exhaust emissions and fuel efficiency.

■Note

• ECU capable of converting to Coil-on-Plug ignition control, such as the F-CON V Pro, is required. This product is not compatible with the factory ECU.
• Wiring work is required to connect the ECU to this kit.
• To maximize the performance of this product, the use of HKS Super Fire Racing Spark Plugs is recommended.
• ECU settings such as dwell time should be properly configured by a professional tuning shop.

At maximum, it generates approx. 1.4 times higher secondary voltage compared to the stock system.

It has been confirmed that the SUPER FIRE RACING COIL PRO reduces CO and HC emissions under all test conditions. Fuel economy is also improved across all driving modes, with particularly noticeable benefits during high-speed driving such as highway cruising.
