■Features

• We are pleased to introduce the Crank Angle Sensor Conversion Kit for the highly popular SR20DET engine, which independently manages crankshaft and camshaft position sensing.
• The factory system generates the crank angle signal from the cam angle sensor, and timing chain fluctuation can cause significant signal variation, particularly at high engine speeds. (*1) This kit separates the crank and cam signals, enabling accurate engine speed recognition even under high-load conditions.
• Dedicated harnesses, brackets, and related components have been specifically designed for this kit, allowing for straightforward installation.
• The harness is designed with noise countermeasures and is also ideal for refreshing aged factory wiring.
• The crank damper pulley was jointly developed with ATI Performance Products. It is a dedicated unit equipped with a 36-2 trigger wheel positioned 180 degrees out of phase.
• Trigger phase was optimized in consideration of crank sensor placement to achieve the best possible engine starting performance.
• Reduces peak crankshaft torsional vibration that occurs at resonance points.

■Notes

• Use an ECU capable of custom sensor configuration, such as the HKS F-CON V Pro, to control this product.
• Installation and calibration of this product require advanced technical knowledge. Improper installation or tuning may result in serious problems, including engine damage. Please contact your nearest HKS Power Writer Shop for installation and consultation.
• If ignition coils have deteriorated, ignition noise may interfere with ECU signals and cause incorrect engine speed recognition. We recommend replacing them at the same time with the HKS SUPER FIRE RACING COIL PRO (43005-AN004 / 43005-AN005).
