*1. Height from road surface to fender arch.
*2. Height at factory is the data tested at HKS with the setting of Full Kit. (HKS' recommended setting.)
*3. Adjustable range (However, the lowest value may not be road legal.
Even within the adjustable range, car body, arm etc. may contact. In such case, it will be hard to drive.
Damper oil leakage or any other problems caused by low ride height setting from the factory setting will void the warranty of the product.)
*4. Drivable range that there is no contact of car body or arms etc. (However, change of tire/wheel size may cause a problem.)
Caution). Actual data depends on each vehicle.

Point

Settings of new factory suspension focus on the ride quality compared to the previous model. The ride quality is good at low speed; however, as the vehicle speed rises, the weak steering response gives an uneasy feeling to a driver.
Higher stable ride feeling is provided maintaining the factory luxury ride performance. The improved steering response enables driving to be stable at high speed. Safe and comfortable driving is possible at all speed ranges.
The shape of the front damper is the same as the previous type; however, as a complete damper set, it was designed exclusively for new body and new rear suspension.
The pistons that are popular for Max IV series are utilized. Reviewing all detailed points created the exclusive design for Alphard/Vellfire 30 series that allows the rigidity improvement and friction reduction. Its durability and ride quality are also improved.
The bearing inside of the front outer was designed exclusively for this product; so the friction can be maintained as low as new for a long time.
The vehicle's height is set for AGH30W before shipment; therefore, adjustment of the vehicle's height is required when installing this product to a different model.
If the front case length is shortened less than the lower limit, the stabilizer may come in contact with the member at full-bump.
If the rear case length is extended more than the upper limit, it may cause the damper bottoming at full-bump resulting in the damper damage.
If the rear bump rubber is shortened, it may cause damage to the damper, and/or the arm may come in contact with a part of the vehicle.
