*1. Height from road surface to fender arch.
*2. Height at factory is the data tested at HKS with the setting of Full Kit. (HKS' recommended setting.)
*3. Adjustable range (However, the lowest value may not be road legal.
Even within the adjustable range, car body, arm etc. may contact. In such case, it will be hard to drive.
Damper oil leakage or any other problems caused by low ride height setting from the factory setting will void the warranty of the product.)
*4. Drivable range that there is no contact of car body or arms etc. (However, change of tire/wheel size may cause a problem.)
Caution). Actual data depends on each vehicle.

Point

Even stock suspension in any mode provides a good response at speeds before the electronic system presence starts to be obvious. Go one step further and vehicles system kicks in and control over the vehicle starts to fade away, making it impossible to fully enjoy the potential of this vehicle with high grip tires. The situation changes to worse as the tires slip only when it’s too late for the system to properly apprehend it. With systems shut off, the vehicle becomes harder to control especially in turn-in, requiring very careful piloting or otherwise a harsh turn may lead to a complete loss of control.
MAXIV GT aims to provide a more stylish appearance lowering the vehicle and bringing out the performance potential of the vehicle. After rigorous tests spring rates, stroke length and overall vehicle balance was set up to stabilize tires contact patch with the road and maximize vehicle suspension system utilization and use vehicle to the limits. In addition, the damping force, fine-tuned with special piston speed settings was selected to ensure ride comfort. For users who prefer even more comfortable ride, we recommend selecting the softest setting at 30 clicks of damping force adjustment dial anticlockwise.
